Who we are

Oregon Envirothon is made possible by many volunteers and organizations who graciously give their time and money to support our students.

Each year dozens of individuals volunteer to make the annual competition possible. They prepare tests and materials, supervise the students, judge the exams, help with logistics, and more. Without them our program would not be possible and we are deeply grateful, thank you!

In addition, many technical professionals offer their assistance in teaching and preparing the students for the competition and career steps after high school. We have had professionals from several organizations, including: Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD), Oregon State University, Bureau of Land Management, Oregon Department of Agriculture, Oregon Department of Forestry, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Forest Service, Xerces Society and so many more.

Oregon Envirothon is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization led by a voluntary, elected Board of Directors.
